Unlocking the Magic Within: Mystical and Metaphysical Hypnosis Workshop
While I may not be able to wiggle my nose to change reality, I’ve come to realize that we each hold a different kind of magical power: the power of our minds.

Hypnosis & the Occult
One of the more curious misunderstandings is the belief that hypnosis is connected to the occult. The term "occult" refers to matters involving supernatural forces or magical powers.

Seasons of Change: Embracing Life’s Transitions
Change happens regardless of how we feel about it, and the only thing we can control is our response.

Blind Spots
Our blind spots may never fully disappear, but with awareness, we can learn to navigate them, transforming potential wreckage into opportunities for growth. Next time you feel triggered, pause and ask yourself: what am I not seeing? The answers might surprise you, and just maybe, they’ll guide you to a clearer path.

Accepting What Is
Moving through life while trying to do the right thing isn't always easy.

Embracing Change
While grieving change is normal, as my Borg friends would say, "resistance is futile." Accepting change is essential for maintaining inner peace.

Sauces, Silver Linings, and the Practice of Gratitude
When your world seems to be spiraling, it is difficult to see the silver linings in the clouds. That is why I like to practice every day, making a gratitude list. It could be in a fancy journal you keep or just a mental note before falling asleep. Gratitude practiced becomes like the small stabilizing muscles you feel after almost falling—you don’t know they are there until you need them.
Flowing with the river of emotions . . .
The river—the magic of the river in red rock country—honestly, nothing could be better except for the fact that I had managed to sit through my frustration and let it move through me. I imagined the river clearing away the debris of my emotional upset, gratefully accepting the peace flowing in through the river’s current.

Chaos, Control & Compassion
On days like these, it becomes apparent that we are not in control.

To sleep or not to sleep . . . that is the question
The term “sleep” is associated with both Yoga Nidra (meaning "Yogic Sleep) and hypnosis. However, this "sleep" is not the type you experience at night. Instead, it is a form of deep physical relaxation with mental awareness still present.

It’s the little things . . .
Life becomes richer and more meaningful when we learn to cherish not just the peaks, but the entire journey, including the valleys and the plateaus.

Embracing the Present: The Key to Inner Peace and Joy
The reality is that we make life harder on ourselves than necessary. What we seek, we already contain. Inner peace, joy, and bliss are our true essence; the task is to drop what is obscuring it.

We Are Peace
We already possess the peace we seek, so there is no need to work on being peaceful.

In Gratitude
Who could have guessed that the misfortune of hurting my back would turn into a great opportunity?

The Practice of Surrender
Whoever comes to my workshop is meant to be there, guided by a force larger than myself.

In Support of Dandelions
Sometimes it is helpful to take a step back and look at the situation from a higher perspective.

The Power of Suggestion
What if we used this susceptibility to suggestions as a force for self improvement? This is exactly what Hypnotic Programming does, it uses our ability to take in suggestions and manifest the changes we desire.

Discovering the Obvious
This made me wonder, what else am I blind to in my life? I work hard practicing awareness, observing my thoughts, and being present but it is clear to me now, no matter how observant, thoughtful, or aware I think I am, there are definitely some blind spots.

Welcome Spring!
Both Yoga Nidra and Hypnotherapy leave you feeling refreshed and restored to your innate wholeness.
