Strawberry Full Moon Reflections – Embracing Wholeness
Warm greetings and happy June!
This month’s Strawberry Full Moon—the lowest full moon in nearly two decades—is a beautiful and rare celestial event. I’ve always found comfort in following the moon’s steady cycle. Its quiet beauty and predictability offer a grounding rhythm in uncertain times, and its fullness invites us to pause, reflect, and illuminate the shadows within.
The current social and political climate has stirred many emotions. Like many of you, I’ve felt the weight of witnessing injustice and the divisiveness that comes from “othering” one another. It’s painful—and yet, it points to something deeply human. We all carry both light and shadow, and healing begins when we can gently bring both into awareness.
The full moon is a powerful symbol for this inner work. It reflects light into darkness, encouraging us to explore the parts of ourselves we’ve tucked away—the aspects we may judge or fear. When we can lovingly acknowledge these pieces, we begin to experience a more integrated, compassionate sense of self—and a deeper connection to others.
Yoga Nidra and hypnotherapy are two practices I offer that support this kind of reflection and healing. These gentle modalities help us access a state of deep relaxation and self-awareness where true transformation begins. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—sometimes the most powerful step is simply creating space to listen inward.
So under this Strawberry Moon, I invite you to take a moment. Sit in stillness. Breathe deeply. And ask yourself—what parts of me are asking to be seen, softened, and welcomed home?
If you're curious about how these practices can support your personal journey, I’d be happy to connect. You’re welcome to schedule a time for a free hypnotherapy consultation or sign up for Wednesday evening Yoga Nidra zoom class.
Wishing you peace, clarity, and gentle illumination.
