Happy Summer!
Summer is in full swing here in Utah, and I hope your days are unfolding with warmth, joy, and a touch of adventure.
If you’re anything like me, you may find yourself instinctively seeking water—cool rivers, mountain lakes, even just a glass of ice water in the heat. There’s something primal and deeply healing about water. It hydrates, soothes, purifies, and sustains life. Additionally it teaches us powerful lessons—about flow, resilience, and transformation.
Water is essential to life.
It nourishes our gardens and feeds our forests.
It smooths stones and carves deep canyons.
It cleanses our bodies—and our hearts.
Like water, our emotions move in waves. Sometimes gentle, sometimes fierce. Yoga Nidra and Hypnotherapy offer a space to explore these inner waters, to float gently through discomfort, to release old patterns, and to reconnect with the calm beneath the surface.
You might be drawn to stillness, like a glassy lake at dawn.
