Fight, Flight, Freeze, or Fawn: How We Respond to Stress
Imagine melting the frozen patterns of your mind, like the thawing fountain. With the gentle warmth of awareness and practice, your natural flow can return, bringing clarity, peace, and resilience. If you’re ready to move beyond fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, consider exploring Yoga Nidra or hypnotherapy as a pathway to transformation.
And Then There Was One...
This workshop will explore using hypnosis to manage emotions, incorporating ecstatic dance as a powerful tool for somatic release
Boosting Neuroplasticity with Yoga Nidra and Hypnotherapy
Neuroscience shows that trying new things can boost neuroplasticity—the brain's ability to adapt and grow. Don’t worry, you don’t need to take up extreme sports like paragliding!
Happy 2025!
2025 feels like the start of a grand new adventure, full of exciting possibilities waiting to unfold.
Beat the odds: Achieve your goals in 2025
This year, don’t just make another resolution. Make a real commitment to yourself.
Three down . . . Three to go!
It has been an honor and privilege to introduce hypnosis to so many individuals and to share my passion and knowledge on the subject. I am excited about the remaining workshops in the series and look forward to what lies ahead.
Creating & Manifesting with Hypnosis
Whether you realize it or not, you are creating and manifesting every single day. Just as our brains naturally shift between different wave states without effort, we constantly create and manifest things—even if it is happening unconsciously.
Birds of a Feather
We are drawn to “like-minded” individuals—those who share our interests, dispositions, and outlooks. When I surround myself with such people, I notice that my energy feels elevated, as if the vibrations between us amplify one another.
Unlocking the Magic Within: Mystical and Metaphysical Hypnosis Workshop
While I may not be able to wiggle my nose to change reality, I’ve come to realize that we each hold a different kind of magical power: the power of our minds.
Hypnosis & the Occult
One of the more curious misunderstandings is the belief that hypnosis is connected to the occult. The term "occult" refers to matters involving supernatural forces or magical powers.
Seasons of Change: Embracing Life’s Transitions
Change happens regardless of how we feel about it, and the only thing we can control is our response.
Blind Spots
Our blind spots may never fully disappear, but with awareness, we can learn to navigate them, transforming potential wreckage into opportunities for growth. Next time you feel triggered, pause and ask yourself: what am I not seeing? The answers might surprise you, and just maybe, they’ll guide you to a clearer path.
Accepting What Is
Moving through life while trying to do the right thing isn't always easy.
Embracing Change
While grieving change is normal, as my Borg friends would say, "resistance is futile." Accepting change is essential for maintaining inner peace.
Sauces, Silver Linings, and the Practice of Gratitude
When your world seems to be spiraling, it is difficult to see the silver linings in the clouds. That is why I like to practice every day, making a gratitude list. It could be in a fancy journal you keep or just a mental note before falling asleep. Gratitude practiced becomes like the small stabilizing muscles you feel after almost falling—you don’t know they are there until you need them.
Flowing with the river of emotions . . .
The river—the magic of the river in red rock country—honestly, nothing could be better except for the fact that I had managed to sit through my frustration and let it move through me. I imagined the river clearing away the debris of my emotional upset, gratefully accepting the peace flowing in through the river’s current.
Chaos, Control & Compassion
On days like these, it becomes apparent that we are not in control.
To sleep or not to sleep . . . that is the question
The term “sleep” is associated with both Yoga Nidra (meaning "Yogic Sleep) and hypnosis. However, this "sleep" is not the type you experience at night. Instead, it is a form of deep physical relaxation with mental awareness still present.
It’s the little things . . .
Life becomes richer and more meaningful when we learn to cherish not just the peaks, but the entire journey, including the valleys and the plateaus.
Embracing the Present: The Key to Inner Peace and Joy
The reality is that we make life harder on ourselves than necessary. What we seek, we already contain. Inner peace, joy, and bliss are our true essence; the task is to drop what is obscuring it.
